Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 pounds baby back ribs Remove the membrane from the back
Dry Rub
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs
  1. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
  2. Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
  3. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with BBQ sauce.
  4. Grill for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
