Prepare the Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Season the Steaks
- Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
Grill the Steaks
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).
Add Garlic Butter
- During the last minute of cooking, spoon the garlic butter over the steaks and close the grill lid to melt the butter.
Rest and Serve
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with additional garlic butter on top.
