Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 4 pieces Ribeye steaks 1-inch thick
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Garlic Butter
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Season the Steaks
  1. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
Grill the Steaks
  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).
Add Garlic Butter
  1. During the last minute of cooking, spoon the garlic butter over the steaks and close the grill lid to melt the butter.
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with additional garlic butter on top.
