Ingredients
  

For the Bagels
  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
For the Toppings
  • 1 egg Egg Wash mixed with water
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds or poppy seeds
  • 1 medium Sliced Avocado

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and an egg to the dry ingredients and stir until cohesive.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Shape the dough into equal portions, roll into balls, and poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
  6. Boil water in a pot, add honey or sugar, and boil each bagel for 30 seconds per side.
  7. Bake the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Optional Topping
  1. Top with sesame seeds or everything seasoning before baking.
