Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar. Mix well and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
