Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano complements the chicken

  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs juicy and flavorful

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and herbs. Coat the chicken well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken in a baking dish, ensuring space between each piece. Optionally, add lemon slices on top.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is crispy.
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
