Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Dried Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
Finishing Touch
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, dried raspberries, and chia seeds.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Bake the Granola
  1. Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Add White Chocolate
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before adding white chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
Cool and Store
  1. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
