Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water Make sure it's not too hot or too cold
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Use your favorite jarred or homemade version
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Spread your favorite sauce over each square, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Top generously with shredded cheese and your choice of toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing into individual squares.
