Making the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- While the dough rises, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onions and cook until translucent and slightly caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Shaping and Cooking
- Once risen, turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
- Flatten each dough ball with your hands and roll it out to about ¼-inch thick.
- Sprinkle the sautéed onions evenly over each flatbread, gently pressing them in.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
