Ingredients
  

For the Oysters
  • 12 pieces Fresh oysters choose medium to large for best flavor
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted for better control over seasoning
For the Topping
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots finely chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach sautéed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs for topping
For Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce just a dash
  • to taste Hot sauce optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Shuck the oysters carefully, keeping the liquid inside each shell.
  3. Sauté the shallots and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in the spinach, cooking until wilted, around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and herbs into the sautéed mixture.
  6. Top each oyster with the prepared mixture, pressing gently to secure it.
  7. Bake your oysters for about 10-12 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
