Ingredients
  

For the Peach Filling
  • 4 peaches Fresh peaches ripe and juicy
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar to sweeten the peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to balance sweetness
For the Biscuit Cups
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour base of the biscuit cups
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder for fluffy rise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to enhance flavors
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter cold and chilled
  • 3/4 cup Milk whole milk for richness
For Serving (Optional)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup Whipped cream for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by peeling and slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Toss with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Mix the batter by combining flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, and melted butter until just combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins, filling each cup halfway.
  5. Top each cup with the sugared peach slices, pressing them down gently.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
