Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, and shredded carrots.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
