  • 8 slices Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 12 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls bocconcini recommended
  • 12 pieces Cherry Tomatoes ripe
  • 12 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves bright green and unblemished
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze for drizzling
For Assembly
  • 1 Skewers or Toothpicks wooden skewers work well for larger servings

Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients: fresh mozzarella balls, thinly sliced prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
  2. Prepare skewers: ensure they are clean and dry. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  3. Assemble skewers: thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, a slice of prosciutto, and a mozzarella ball onto the skewer. Repeat until filled.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil: lay the skewers on a platter and drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Season to taste: sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
