Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a large mixing bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions, roll each into a ball, and poke a hole in the center.
  5. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt and drop each bagel in for 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Bake the boiled bagels on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool them slightly on a wire rack before enjoying.
