Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients, including oat flour, eggs, and mashed bananas.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas and whisk in the eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat (about 350°F).
  6. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
