Ingredients
  

Strawberry Salsa
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Chips
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar mix of sugar and ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Method
 

Prepare Strawberry Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and salt. Gently toss to combine.
Make Cinnamon Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Cut tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Serve the strawberry salsa in a bowl with the cinnamon chips on the side for dipping.
