  • 1 cup Bell Peppers choose a mix of colors for visual appeal
  • 1 cup Snap Peas packed with nutrients
  • 2 medium Carrots thinly sliced for sweetness
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets rich in vitamins
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce the base of your stir fry
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil enhances flavor with a nutty aroma
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger freshly grated for a zesty kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop your favorite spring vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Let it heat up for about 2 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Toss in minced garlic and ginger, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add your prepared veggies to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in soy sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook for another minute or two.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer your stir fry to plates or bowls. Enjoy immediately.
