Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
Vegetable Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
Cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Flatbread
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings
  1. Spread the spinach evenly over the flatbreads.
  2. Layer the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion on top.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella and feta cheese over the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
