Sandwich Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
Bread
  • 8 slices white bread or whole wheat

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Trim the crusts off the bread slices.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on half of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  4. Use a cookie cutter to cut the sandwiches into desired shapes.
Serve
  1. Arrange the sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
