Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional for added protein
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Spread and Top
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the sheet.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries, dark chocolate chips, and chopped nuts as desired.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
