Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cubed
Herbs and Flavorings
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves for garnish and muddling
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
Sparkling Component
  • 4 cups sparkling water or club soda

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries, watermelon, and pineapple until well combined.
Mix the Mocktail
  1. Add lime juice and honey to the muddled fruit and shake well.
  2. Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
