Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the celery and red onion, and add them to the bowl.
  3. If using, chop the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes, then add them as well.
Mix the Salad
  1. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together using a fork until well combined.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
