Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 cup Brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup Milk whole or dairy alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • to taste tablespoons Sugar brown sugar recommended
For the Frosty Blend
  • 1-2 cups Ice cubes for slushiness
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Blend your ingredients together by adding 1 cup of brewed coffee (cooled), 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and the seeds from one vanilla bean into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes—about 1 to 2 cups—until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy texture. Blend until the ice is finely crushed and everything is well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary. If you prefer it sweeter, add more sugar or a splash of vanilla syrup, blending again until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Serve your frappuccino in chilled glasses, allowing the delightful swirls of vanilla bean to show through for an enticing presentation.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of vanilla bean powder for that extra touch of indulgence. Enjoy right away!
