Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: oats, flour, and any spices like cinnamon.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: yogurt, honey, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown at the edges and firm in the center.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
