Ingredients
- 20–25 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook jumbo shells until al dente; drain and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, spinach, half of mozzarella, and half of Parmesan; season.
