Description

Reuben Sliders are a mouthwatering twist on the classic sandwich, perfectly crafted for gatherings or casual family dinners. These mini sandwiches feature layers of savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and gooey Swiss cheese, all nestled within soft slider buns. Baked until warm and golden, these sliders are irresistible when served with crispy pickles and your favorite creamy dressing. Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced corned beef
  • Sauerkraut (drained)
  • Swiss cheese
  • Russian or Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider buns in half; layer bottom halves with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and drizzle with dressing.
